If you connected a Kakao or Google account, log in with it on the new phone and your progress comes back. Without a connected account the progress lived only on that phone and cannot be recovered — connect one in your profile.

Check the spam folder first. The app can send the email again, and a new email makes the old link expire. If the guardian’s address was wrong, correct it in the app and send again. If it still does not arrive, email us.

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you cannot open the app because you no longer have the phone, email us — the account deletion page says how.

There are no paid plans yet. Once there are, refunds for subscriptions bought in the app go through the App Store or Google Play.
