1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using Samling Football English (the "service"), provided by Samling (the "company"), and the rights and duties of the company and of you, the user.
2. What the service is
The service is a mobile app and a website for learning the English used in football: lessons, practice, section tests, progress, streaks and experience points.
3. Accounts
- You can start learning without an account and link a Kakao or Google account later.
- Signing in is with a Kakao or Google account only.
- Progress made before linking carries over to the linked account.
- An account is for one person.
4. Users under 14
Anyone under 14 needs a legal guardian's consent to use the service. See the guardian consent notice.
5. Paid plans
Nothing is sold during the beta. Before any paid plan is introduced, its price, payment methods, cancellation and refund rules will be written into these terms and announced separately.
6. Your obligations
Do not use the service against the law or these terms, do not interfere with other learners, and do not harvest the service by automated means.
7. Changes and interruptions
The company may change or stop features to improve the service. Significant changes are announced in the app or by email beforehand.
8. Limits of liability
The company is not liable for losses caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters or network failures.
9. Changes to these terms
Changes are announced at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days when they are to your disadvantage. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
