Deleting a Samling Football English account
You can delete your account yourself in the app. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm as the app asks.
What is deleted
- The account and its Kakao or Google log-in
- Progress, finished lessons, XP, streak and the mistakes notebook
- Guardian consent records and the guardian’s email
- Team membership, notification settings and device details
What stays, without your name
Learning statistics such as how long a lesson took, and problem reports, are made anonymous and used only to improve the content.
When
The account is locked the moment you confirm — nobody can log in to it — and its records are erased within 48 hours. There is no grace period.
No phone to open the app?
Email us. Give the name you used in the app and the account you connected (Kakao · Google); we check it is you, delete the account and confirm by email.
